This is a safe space.

Your lived experience is uniquely yours though our need for support is universal. I’m here for you. I offer empathetic, client-centered, and practical psychotherapy, primarily to those impacted by loss and grief.

This is your time.

Client-centered therapy is true to its name. As the client, you determine the goals, direction, focus, and pace of our work together. As the therapist, my role in this process is to facilitate a professional relationship that allows you to share, emote, and explore without fear of criticism, disapproval, or exploitation. During our sessions, I am actively engaged in listening, providing honest feedback, and teaching new skills to help you reach your goals.

Loss can be unexpected and grief can feel disorienting. Client-centered therapy empowers you to reclaim your narrative and partake in navigating your path forward.
