It’s okay to ask for help.
Being a caregiver can be a lonely experience, and new challenges and new losses can seem like the only constant. As a caregiver, you are equally deserving of support. In fact, asking for help is an act of strength. I have ample experience working with caregivers of all types, including parents of children with complex medical needs, adult children of aging parents, partners of individuals with chronic physical or emotional illness, and healthcare professionals. Collaboratively, we can address issues of self-care and personal well-being, build you a reliable support network, and reclaim your identity and purpose outside of the caregiver role.
